    1.    Booking & Payment

All projects require a confirmed booking. Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once a project is scheduled.

    2.    Project Scope

Services provided are limited to the agreed scope of work. Any additional requests, revisions, or changes outside the original agreement may result in additional fees.

    3.    Ownership & Usage

Final photos, videos, and website designs may be used by us for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing. Clients receive usage rights for their business and marketing needs.

    4.    Revisions & Delivery

Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the agreement. Final delivery timelines may vary depending on project size, feedback turnaround, and revisions requested.

    5.    Cancellations & Liability

Cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, equipment failure, or third-party services.
